Mr Groupers
Well-known local gem very close to Grace Bay serving some of the best Caribbean food on the island. Laid back spot for lunch or early evening that gets lively on the weekends, especially Thursdays as it is next to the grounds for the very busy Island Fish Fry. Go on Tuesday evenings to listen to Apple Astwood or Saturday evenings to enjoy music by Kaz Hall.
Opus @ Ocean Club East
Beautiful bar area, gorgeous outdoor seating lit by candles and romantic lighting or on a hot night, choose a table inside in the AC. Go on Thursday evening and enjoy the perfect dinner accompaniment, Quinton Dean on his guitar. With such a lovely, inviting feel, it’s no wonder locals and expats frequent Opus too.
Parallel 23 @ The Palms
Benefiting from an impressive courtyard, a bit of European charm, and landscaping that has been lovingly looked after for 20+ years, wandering through the grounds of the Palms is an experience in and of itself. With live music across their two restaurants 5 nights a week, choose Parallel 23 for more of a fine dining experience. Reserve a table outside to be a bit closer to the dinner music on Friday or Satuday or stop past for a drink and tapas at the adjacent L'Attitude Bar
Pelican Bay @ RWI
With arguably the island's best happy hour - with half off drinks every day from 5-7pm and some of the friendliest bartenders around - you will always find a good crowd here of tourists, expats, and locals a like. Set next to the pool at RWI, you will feel equally at home if you show up salty after a day at the beach or for a drink dressed for your dinner reservation after. Don't miss live music from 6-9 on Sundays (Apple Astwood).
Rickie’s Flamingo Cafe
Going to Rickie's is practically like saying you are headed to the beach. Shoes are optional and you can enjoy the ocean view from the tables or grab some cold beers and takeout and set up on the beach (beach chairs for hire too!). One of the few places on the beach run by locals - enjoy the laid back, truly island feel. Nothing moves that fast and that is the point. Check out some of the local vendors at the Cultural Market and enjoy the varying local musicians that pass through some afternoons and evenings.
Shisha Lounge
Is there nightlife in Grace Bay? Absolutely! If you have ever been to Shisha you know it - and even Drake knows this is it! Dominating the late night scene for years, Shisha Lounge rightfully lists themselves as the “#1 Hookah & Bar Lounge” in the Turks and Caicos Islands. Featuring the top local and international DJs, Shisha turns it on in Grace Bay every single night of the year. With drinks flowing, hookah, beats pumping, and even great food, this is the place to party in Grace Bay. No wonder so many celebrities celebrate their birthday here!
