Location: Blue Hills (on the beach)

Ambiance: small, super casual, local restaurant located on the beach away from all the hustle and bustle of TCI

Best Bet for Live Music: occasional Saturday mornings, 10am to 1pm, and special events

Recent Lineup: Davonte Missick (Sat)

Food & Drink: local food truck type food and nibbles (see menu photo below)

Happy Hour: $8 everything, including 2 for $8 beers, from 5-8pm (most?) Fridays

Perhaps what Provo felt like years ago, Froggie’s is about as close to a beach shack as you can come these days. Far away from the activity of Grace Bay, escape to Blue Hills - past the Conch Shack - and enjoy local food, cold beers, and on some Saturday mornings - Davonte Missick or another local musician playing some tunes.

Froggies on Daa Beach: Food Menu (current as of July 2021)

Lunch at a true local place. We received lots of recommendations to stop by this small local restaurant and everyone was right. The lobster dishes and fish tacos were amazing. It’s a very small place and away from the tourist area but it’s super yummy.”

Excellent local food. Food and service was great - better than the typical tourist areas and cheaper price. We had the conch salad, fish fingers and grilled fish (soup style). All excellent dishes. Particularly the conch salad was more flavorful and tender than conch salad at the better known Conch Shack.”
